A little about me:
I am a US Navy veteran and have been helping people just like you create healthier lifestyles and improve fitness levels for the past 15 years. After an amazing 20-year career in aviation, I left to pursue my true passion – helping people. I specialize in rehabilitation for low back and knee injuries, strength and performance conditioning for athletes of all ages, core strength conditioning, correcting muscle and postural imbalances, and functional strength training.
